The invention relates to means for analysing the control of GTPase activation pathways which are specially adapted for screening a compound exhibiting an inhibitory activation the GTPase activation. Said means comprises a high membrane permeability yeast and at least one system for expressing at least one two-hybrid protein by said yeast or a yeast and at least one system for expressing at least one two-hybrid protein integrated or integratable into the yeast genome. These means are fully automatable and make it possible to produce compounds for fighting against a tumor cell and/or hypertension and/or against an infection and a genetic disease development.
