Loudspeaker for assembly in a cut out of a wall with cavity or corresponding where two assembly plates, after they are assembled together, eventually by use of glue, form a construction together with the wall and restore the origin stability of the wall and, at the same time, provides that the current of air that may cause unwanted noise, does not occur. The assembly plate of the loudspeakers (Fig 3) is first used as a template (Fig 5A) for the hole in the wall. The screws holes (Fig 4E) of the backside assembly plate (Fig 4 A and 4B) in the wall are drilled with this as a template. Thereafter the outsides of the assembly plate (Fig 4E), that may. consist of one or more parts, are alternate imposed with glue, there after placed on the backside of the wall and fastened by screws from the front side so that the screwed and eventually glued fastening is now airtight. After alternate glue fastens the wall is stronger than before, which is not possible with other systems as they screw together point after point with screw able wings and these connections are not strong and airtight. The assembly plate with the loudspeaker systems, the baffle (Fig 3), is now, from the front side, screwed into the backside plate and form an airtight connection. In the front of the baffle are snap in fixing points (Fig 3A and 3B) installed for as well as for the outside lacquered frame (Fig 2) that function as a flat blender and covers the hole in the wall, and a textile covered grill (Fig 1) that fits into the blender on the same level and covers the sight of the loudspeakers. These parts are now pressed in place and visible on the wall is only a thin flat lacquered frame with a grill in the middle, whereas the cavity in the wall provides a complete speaker cabinet. |
