The frame-work (2) has a support sheet (5) fabricated in flexible or semi-rigid material, and spring units (6, 6`) made of thermoplastic material and fixed on one side of the sheet. The spring units have bases (8, 8`) disposed at level of a receiving orifice (5`) arranged in the sheet. The collars cooperate with a maintenance unit connected on another side of the sheet, through appropriate fixation units in removable manner. An independent claim is also included for a mattress constituted with a framework.
