The invention relates to a method of producing a personalised postcard. The inventive method comprises the following steps consisting in: (i) taking at least one digital photo (7); and (ii) transmitting each digital photo (7), a text message (8) and the address (9) of the recipient (2) to a remote server (5), said remote server (5) being associated with printing means (10). The method also includes the following steps consisting in: using the printing means (10) for the edge-to-edge printing of at least one digital photo (7), the text message (8) and/or the address (9) of the recipient (2) on the front of a piece photographic quality paper (11) using a photographic quality printing method; producing a document with a postcard format (12) by folding the piece of photographic quality paper (11) after printing, such that at least one digital photo (7) appears on one of the faces of the document; and assembling the concealed faces (14, 15) of the document (12), particularly by means of gluing, such that the text message (8) and/or the address (9) of the recipient (2) appear on at least one of the other faces (16, 17) thereof. |
