<p>A storage part (23) combines and stores therein various sensor signals acquired from an input part (21) with action contents instructed from an output part (22). A signal identifying part (24) refers to the storage part (23) to determine a sensor the output value of which has been affected by a certain action. An action result predicting part (30) and an action deciding part (27) produce, by leaning, prediction models indicative of the relationships between actions and determined sensors, and then decide, with reference to the produced prediction models, such an action that the output of a target sensor exhibits a target value.</p> |
