<p>An annular seal member (4) formed in a valve element (1) by vulcanizing/adhering a rubber elastic body to an annular groove (3) formed in the bottom wall of a body (2) and having a step, comprising an annular part (41) and an annular part (42). The annular parts (41) and (42) are mostly filled in a deep groove part (31) and a shallow groove part (32), and the volume of the annular part (41) is formed larger than the volume of the annular part (42). Also, an annular projected part (43) projecting downward is formed in a boundary portion between the annular parts (41) and (42), and a tilted part tilting at a specified internal angle (Q) is formed in the boundary portion.</p> |
