The device (1) has lateral and medial flanges (12, 13) delimiting a zone (14) for receiving a foot or a shoe, and two straps (20, 21). Each strap is connected to the flanges (12, 13) by a lateral fastener (30) and a medial fastener, respectively. The strap (21) has a primary fastening portion (22), a covering portion (23), and a secondary fastening portion. An elongated leg adjusts curvature of the three portions.
