The device has an analog dial (5) indicating hour using a needle (14) colored in its zone between a center of a clock and the dial (5). Another analog dial (6) indicates minutes and seconds using two needles (15, 16). The dials are formed as a circle with alternating gradations oriented towards the interior. A digital insert is enclosed with two other needles. A digital dial is integrated to the exterior of the analog dials.
