<p>A method of manufacturing a lamination mold, wherein a projection material (22) formed of ceramic particles force-fed from a projection material supply device (20) is projected from the injection nozzle (34) of a projection material injection device (30) to a lamination sheet (11) after the tire-tread contact surfaces of sheet (12) forming the lamination sheet (11) are processed and laminated in the state of being excessively thickened more than a shape corresponding to the shape of a tire crown part, and the excessively thickened part is removed while controlling the projecting direction, injection pressure, projecting time, or projecting distance of the projection material (22) according to a step between the sheets (12) and (12). Thus, the shape of the lamination mold on the tire tread side can be processed to a shape similar to an inherent tire profile in a short time.</p> |
