Disclosed is a rotating therapeutic bed characterized in that it comprises: a structural base that includes wheels on the bottom thereof which makes it possible to move the bed from one place to another; a first detachable stretcher with a mattress to accommodate a patient lying on his back; a second detachable stretcher with a second mattress, which is mounted in an inverted manner and above the first stretcher and the patient, who is held between the mattresses of both stretchers; the second stretcher supports the patient lying face down when the stretchers are rotated 180 DEG about an axis of rotation crossing the patient; back and front stretcher mounting and rotating means which are rotationally mounted in the structural base; the first and second stretchers are mounted longitudinally with a vertical separation between said stretchers in the above-mentioned stretcher mounting and rotating means, which additionally enable the rotation of the stretchers and side barriers coupled to the longitudinal sides of the first stretcher and the second stretcher, said barriers covering the vertical separation between the stretchers on which the patient is lying and preventing the extremities of the patient from protruding from the stretchers when they rotated.
