The buoy is anchored to the sea bed through a column, which is held in tension by the buoy. An Independent claim is included for a method of anchoring a wind generator, using the production riser of an oil well. Preferred Features: The wind generator (3) is carried by the buoy, on a tube extending the column (1). The buoy (2) moves in translation and rotation about the column axis. Floats are located along the column and it contains the electric cable. |
