GATEWAY UNIT, MOBILE TERMINAL AND INTER-LAN CONNECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform IP communication by transmitting an IP packet from an LAN to a mobile terminal even after the communication link between the mobile terminal and the LAN is disconnected in an LAN connection system for allocating an IP address dynamically to the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: Even after the relation of a mobile communication network side address and an MSN (telephone number of MS1-11) is cleared through disconnection of the communication path between a DTE1-21 and a mobile communication network 1-1, the communication path between the DTE1-21 and the LAN1-5 is established by performing reconnection with the mobile communication network 1-1 while addressing to an MSN corresponding to the LAN side address of the destination of that IP address when a packet exchange gateway 1-6 receives an IP packet directed to the LAN side address corresponding to the DTE1-21 from a user LAN1-5.
