摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which can extract an accurate electrical signal by the conversion of an input light beam with an imaging element by inputting the light beam with higher accuracy into a light receiving part of the imaging element. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus 1 comprises an insulating board 2 in which a through-hole 2a is formed with deviation toward the external circumferential side from the central part of the main surface, a wiring conductor 5 formed to the main surface at the lower side of the insulating board 2, the imaging element 3 mounted in the circumference of the through-hole 2a of the main surface of the lower side of the insulating board 2 with the light receiver 3a provided opposed to the through-hole 2a, and electrically connected at its electrode 7 with the wiring board 5, and a window member 4 mounted over the through-hole 2a in the circumference of the through-hole 2a of the main surface in the upper side of the insulating board 2.
