PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cooking device capable of realizing uniform temperature distribution in a heating chamber and cooking without causing uneven heating. SOLUTION: A plate-shaped case 51 of a steam temperature raising device 50 has a recessed part 51a in which steam from a steam generator flows from steam supply ports 95A to 95C provided on a first side wall 91. A first steam heating heater 52 and a second steam heating heater 53 are arranged in the recessed part 51a of the plate-shaped case 51 in such a way that a plane shape becomes substantially line-symmetrical for a central line L. The plate-shaped case 51 is provided on a second side wall 92A and a third side wall 92B adjacent to the first side wall 91 on which the steam supply ports 95A to 95C in the recessed part 51a of the plate-shaped case 51 are provided and at a plurality of steam blowing-out ports 101A to 104A, 101B to 104B for supplying steam into the heating chamber from a side on the opposite side to the steam supply ports 95A to 95C on the second and third side walls 92A, 92B. The plate-shaped case 51 is arranged above the steam blowing-out ports of a ceiling panel in the heating chamber by directing an opening of the recessed part 51a downward.
