PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device capable of avoiding increase of weight and size by limiting shaking of a heat exchanger body without enhancing strength by thickening a thickness of a supply piping or a discharge piping supporting the heat exchanger body, or attaching a support to the heat exchanger body. SOLUTION: The heat exchange device is composed such that a stopper 9 not contacting the heat exchanger body 2 during normal operation, and contacting the heat exchanger body 2 only during shaking to limit an amplitude of shaking of the heat exchanger body 2 can be attached in a fluid storage tank 1.
