PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus comfortable for a user and a builder, capable of easily performing the air-bleeding in a short time by reducing the restriction in designing a heating means and a non-self-priming pump. SOLUTION: In this heating apparatus having a heating circulation circuit 8 constituted to circulate in the non-self-priming pump 3, a floor heating panel 6, a heat exchanger 7 and a cistern 2, a bypass circuit 10 is formed from a discharge part of the non-self-priming pump 3 of the heating circulation circuit 8 to a suction part of the non-self-priming pump 3 through the cistern 2 without passing through the heat exchanger 7 and the floor heating panel 6, and an opening and closing valve 9 is mounted in the bypass circuit 10.
