PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce resistance in an inlet of a flow passage without increasing dimension of a heat exchanger, in regard to a layered type micro-channel heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger 100 formed by laminating channel sheets 101 and 102 with a plurality of groove parts 103 serving as flow passages formed in parallel, the sheet 101, 102 are alternately stacked to make the grooves 103 cross each other in plan view.
