PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower fan equipped with its efficiency improved in such a condition as free of being influenced by the noise by enlarging the length of the blades, forming each blade with proper lengths at the inlet angle and outlet angle, and in particular, by making the outside diameter of the blade twice or more as greater than the inside diameter. SOLUTION: The blower fan is equipped with a shroud 122, a hub 124 where the discharged air flow is guided, and blades 126 formed in a great number in the gap between the shroud and the hub in such an arrangement that the ratio D1/D2 is 0.5 or below, where D1 is the inside diameter as the innermost point and D2 is the outside diameter as the outermost point.
