摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate the temperature of the inlet of a gas turbine even when restarted after stopped once. SOLUTION: A turbine inlet temperature estimating function part 30 applies the heat efficiency of a combustor to a physical model expression for estimating the temperature of the inlet of the turbine. Low load operation is performed when restarting the stopped turbine, and heat efficiencyη'<SB>L</SB>in low load operation is found by a heat efficiency calculating function part 60. A heat efficiency correcting function part 40 multiplies the ratio of efficiencyη<SB>L</SB>in previous low load operation to heat efficiencyη'<SB>L</SB>in current low load operation by previous heat efficiency property to obtain current heat efficiency property. Heat efficiencyη' found from the current heat efficiency property is fed to the turbine inlet temperature estimating function part 30 depending on a load, and the turbine inlet temperature estimating function part 30 uses the heat efficiencyη' for estimating the temperature of the inlet of the turbine.
