PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control method of a cylinder injection CNG engine, securing stable combustion even when the fuel temperature difference between cylinders at the time of stratified combustion is large. SOLUTION: The fuel temperature of each cylinder is detected by a temperature sensor, and fuel pressure is detected by a pressure sensor (step S10). When the fuel temperature difference between the cylinders at the time of stratified combustion is within a predetermined permissible range (Yes in step S11, Yes in step S12), the injection quantity and injection timing are corrected on the basis of the average temperature and pressure of fuel to perform the fuel injection control (step S13). On the other hand, When the fuel temperature difference between the cylinders at the time of stratified combustion is out of a predetermined permissible range (No in step S12), switching to the homogeneous combustion is performed (step S15), and the injection quantity is corrected on the basis of the average temperature and pressure of fuel to perform the fuel injection control (step S14).
