PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat an abnormal skin by freezing and necrotizing with the cryosurgical unit having a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A drop of water is added on the abnormal skin such as a small skin tumor, a blotch, or a pigmentation, and then, it is cooled rapidly to necrotize and treat, using a terminal of the cryosurgical unit having the heat exchanger.
