PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional shoe heel that exchanging a lift is impossible for a layperson, troublesome, expensive or liable to be damaged. SOLUTION: The lower portion of a heel body is threaded on the inside and a lift is threaded on the outside. The lift is screwed into the heel body to be detachably attached thereto, and an engaging mechanism is provided to engage with the heel body and the lift, respectively. In the heel, vertical and connecting shafts are embedded in the heel body and the lift, respectively, and the end portions of the shafts are threaded such that they can be engaged with each other. In addition, the upper end of the vertical shaft is disposed in contact with or adjacent to a magnet provided in the insole of the shoe and another magnet is provided in the lift to be in contact with or adjacent to the lower end of the connecting shaft. The above-mentioned two shafts are screw-fitted to constitute an electrostatic discharging circuit passing through the magnet in the insole, the vertical shaft, the connecting shaft and the magnet in the lift. The lower end of the vertical shaft in the heel body is provided with an engaging space formed thereunder, to which the lower portion of the connecting shaft projecting from the lift can be fitted.
