PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy replacement of pad surfaces with different friction condition. SOLUTION: This paper folding machine comprises a paper feed roller 17 for separating and feeding paper one by one and a paper feeding pad 16 which faces the paper feed roller 17 and feeds the paper by friction. The paper feeding pad 16 is formed in a triangle pole shape and is disposed removably, and three kinds of pad surfaces having different friction condition are arranged on the three peripheral surfaces. Thus, only by changing the arrangement state of the triangle-pole-shaped paper feeding pad 16, one of the three kinds of pad surfaces having different friction condition can be used for feeding the paper.
