PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension type damper device which has a mechanically simple structure and allows the miniaturization and lightweight of the whole device, a suction type powder collector, and an air current mixing suction type powder collector. SOLUTION: In the suspension type damper device A, a predetermined clearance t is formed between the collector body and a material discharge port 3 of a suction-type collector body 1, and a lid plate 6 is suspended and supported by a suspending member 7. When the powder material is sucked and refilled by operating a suction force to the collector body 1, the material discharge port 3 is blocked by the lid plate 6. When a predetermined amount of powder material is stored in the collector body 1, the load of the powder material at that time is received by the lid plate 6 to open the material discharge port 3.
