PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that when a fuel is fed, impurities accumulated on the bottom of a fuel tank may be stirred by the feeding to scatter in the fuel, or the impurities not only scatter in the fuel in the fuel tank but also be supplied to an engine together with the fuel to have an oil filter clogged, resulting in abnormal fuel supply to stop the engine and causing an emergency generator to stop power generation. SOLUTION: A fuel storage system 1 includes a drain port 260 for connecting the fuel tank 10a with a three-way valve 255 on the side of an oil supply tube 20, a valve 262, a water-oil separator 263 (water-oil separating means), and a fuel filter 264 (means for removing impurities).
