PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure riding comfort against driving state variation caused by the unevenness of a road surface during the linear traveling of a vehicle; and to surely restrain a vehicle body roll angle at the time of vehicle turning. SOLUTION: Actual lateral acceleration information of the vehicle is detected or calculated, calculated lateral acceleration information is calculated in accordance with operation of a steering wheel of the vehicle, an influence degree of the calculated lateral acceleration is set to be larger than actual lateral acceleration when the vehicle is in the straight line traveling state, the influence degree of the actual lateral acceleration is increased as a turning state of the vehicle is larger, and roll movement of the vehicle body is actively controlled. For example, when setting external exerting force for controlling the stabilizer, control gains K1 and K2 related to the calculated lateral acceleration and control gains K3 and K4 related to the actual lateral acceleration are suitably corrected based on a turning index.
