PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed wiring board excellent in various properties. SOLUTION: The flexible printed wiring board has a base material film layer, a conductor layer, an adhesive layer and a cover film layer as essential constituents and a polyester urethane resin crosslinked by an epoxy resin is added to the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer preferably comprises a polyamideimide resin and the cover film layer preferably comprises a polyimide resin. Even if a fine pattern circuit is formed by specifying an adhesive and employing a specific layered constitution, the flexible printed wiring board capable of achieving high quality is provided.
