PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant pile fabric for interior having high general-purpose properties satisfying soft touch feeling and high-class feeling by improving a slightly dyeable property and color fastness to light which are the greatest defects of polyphenylene sulfide fiber in order to apply and spread the polyphenylene sulfide fiber to a sheet fabric for interior. SOLUTION: The pile fabric comprises a polyphenylene sulfide fiber in which the pile fiber has crimp and color fastness to light in evaluation using ultraviolet light carbon arc light defined in JIS L-0842 method is the second or higher class.
