PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyamide resin composition having improved sliding properties of a polyamide resin and excellent moldability without damage and abrasion of both oneself and others even under sliding conditions of a soft metal material such as an aluminum alloy as an opponent, and to prepare a sheet composed of the composition. SOLUTION: The polyamide resin composition comprises a high-hardness spherical filler having≥5 Mohs hardness in an amount of 1-100 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. of a polyamide resin having a repeating unit composed of a 9C straight-chain aliphatic diamine and terephthalic acid.
