PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a medicinal composition passing through, without being decomposed, the stomach causing decomposition therein and first dissolved in the duodenum when orally administering a bioactive protein as an active ingredient to improve clinical conditions and to promote health. SOLUTION: The method for producing an enteric coated preparation comprises covering the surface layer of powder, granule or tablet containing, as an active ingredient, one or more selected from bioactive proteins such as enzyme, lactoferrin, immunoglobulin, lysozyme, amylase inhibitor of protein, protease inhibitor of protein, and the like, with an enteric coating film using a material selected, as a raw material of the covering coating film, from zein, shellac, hydroxymethylcellulose-phthalate, carboxymethylethylcellulose, cellulose acetate phthalate, methacrylate copolymer, water-insoluble ethyl cellulose, and aminoalkylmethacrylate copolymer.
