FIBRINOGEN COMPOSITION LIQUID AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a fibrinogen composition liquid for hemostatic activity in operations, adhesion or wound curing, and widely applicable as an autoblood-derived fibrin paste. SOLUTION: The fibrinogen composition liquid is characterized by having 6-60 mg/mL fibrinogen concentration and 50-300% factor II levels of a 4-fold diluted solution thereof. This fibrinogen composition liquid is obtained by contacting plasma with the inner or outer surface of the hollow yarns of a filtration module packed with hollow yarn-like porous membranes hard to permeate fibrinogen but easy to permeate mainly water to mainly eliminate water through the hollow yarn-like porous membranes.
