<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to obtain simultaneously many capacitors where a semiconductor layer is one electrode and its arose capacitance distribution is narrow. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a capacitor, a conductor in which a dielectric layer is formed on the surface is made one electrode and the other electrode is formed by an energization means to form a semiconductor layer, wherein the energization is performed through a constant current diode. The fixture for forming the semiconductor layer on a plurality of conductors, where a dielectric layer is formed on the surface by the energization means, has a plurality of constant current sources of current emitting type according to the conductors; and connecting terminals for the conductors are electrically connected to each outputs in series. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
