WORK EVALUATION DEVICE, WORK EVALUATION PROGRAM FOR MAKING COMPUTER IMPLEMENT WORK EVALUATION METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM FOR STORING THIS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work evaluation device capable of supporting the evaluation of work contents by extracting target work actions on the basis of animation information derived from a small amount of actual work photography; a work evaluation program for making a computer implement a work evaluation method; and a storage medium for storing the work evaluation program.

SOLUTION: The work evaluation device includes a work information input means 4 for inputting a worker's standard work information based on a production plan; an actual work photographing means 7 for photographing the worker's actual work condition as an animation; a workpiece detection means 8 for automatically detecting the condition of workpieces within a work area around the worker; a workpiece condition storage means 9 for storing the animation's frame information, the standard work information and the condition of the workpieces in association; and a work evaluation means 2 for evaluating the work done by the worker, on the basis of the animation's frame information, the standard work information, and the condition of the workpieces stored in the work condition storage means 9.
