<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell which uses a transparent conductive film as a light incident surface electrode and which obtains a high output current and high conversion efficiency by remarkably reducing the reflection loss of visible infrared light incident into an interface between a transparent conductive film and a photoelectric conversion layer. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell comprises a transparent conductive layer 10, a first antireflection layer 11, a second antireflection layer 12, a photoelectric conversion layer 4, and a rear surface electrode layer 5. The transparent conductive layer 10 is formed on a transparent substrate 9. The first antireflection layer 11 is formed on the transparent conductive layer 10.
