<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost when forming a grounding passage. <P>SOLUTION: A contact part where a bus bar 31 is brought into contact with the collar 21 is embedded in a case 10 by insert molding. When forming the grounding passage, since it is sufficient if the collar 21 and the bus bar 31 which are unspecified components are prepared, there is no need to newly manufacture a dedicated component made of aluminum die casting. When superimposing the bus bar over the end face of the collar exposed on the outer surface of the case 10, since it becomes necessary to recess the inner wall to the extent of the protrusion of the bus bar, the shape of the die becomes complicated and a die cost becomes high.
