<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector-type lighting fixture which can be made to be compact and of light weight as a whole, and can stably exhibit superior light distribution performance. <P>SOLUTION: Light sources are a plurality of LEDs 11, each being installed in the vicinity of a first focal point F1 of a small concave mirror 7 of each of a plurality of small reflectors 14. The small reflector 14 comprises an upper reflector 12 which is integrally formed of an upper fixing part 15a for a small convex lens 6, a small concave mirror 7 and an engaging holes 30, and a lower reflector 13 which is formed integrally of a lower fixing part 16a for the small convex lens 6, a shade 4, having a nearly horizontal reflecting surface 4b and an engaging protrusions 31. Each small projector-type lighting fixture 10 is constructed, such that the upper reflector 12 and the lower reflector 13 are positioned and coupled, by engaging the engaging holes 30 with the engaging protrusions 31, thus forming each small reflector 14.
