PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic apparatus which reliably receives a remote control signal and is provided with a flat display panel. SOLUTION: A remote control signal receiving part 109 is arranged in the lower part of the frame part 107 of a display part 102. An apparatus main body 101 is connected to a display part 102 with two hinges 202, 203, so as to adjust the angle and position of the display part 102. When the first hinge 202 is rotated in a direction to open the angle between the display part 102 and the apparatus main body 101, only small force is required for the rotation. In the case of the rotation in a reverse direction, large force is required. Thus, the display part 102 is easily and reliably adjusted so as to definitely receive the remote control signal.
