PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-proof floor structure and its construction method for imparting moisture proofness to the whole floor with easy construction work. SOLUTION: In this moisture-proof floor structure, backing plates 11 are mounted on joists 10, and a waterproof sheet 12 is formed on the backing plates 11, or a waterproof layer is formed of an adhesive 16, and moisture-proof plates 3 are disposed on the waterproof layer. Infiltration of moisture into the backing plate 11 side is prevented by the water retaining property of the moisture-proof plates 3, and its construction is extremely easy since the moisture-proof plates 3 need only to be mounted on the backing plates 11 through the waterproof sheet 12 or the waterproof layer of the adhesive 16.
