PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method feasible by use of a general-purpose computer software and hardware without depending on a simulation test or requiring any expensive investment for analyzing an internal temperature distribution and a stress distribution to an external pressure in a cell structure. SOLUTION: This structure analysis method for the cell structure is provided with a macro analysis process and a micro analysis process. In the macro analysis process, the cell structure or a part of it is replaced by an anisotropic solid body having a physical value with an equivalent rigidity characteristic while a finite element model for the anisotropic solid body is formed based on the physical value, a stress distribution in the anisotropic solid body is found by giving the internal temperature distribution or the external pressure to the finite element model for the anisotropic solid body, and based on the stress distribution, a cell structure main part, for which stress should be calculated, is selected as the cell structure. In the micro analysis process, a finite element model for the cell structure main part is created, and based on the finite element model for the cell structure main part, a stress distribution in the cell structure main part is found.
