PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover structure whose outward shape design is cylindrical and which can be finished to various lengths and radii and is robust, beautiful, and low in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In the cover structure having a cover member 6 and a frame 2 fitted with the cover member 6, the cover member 6 is made of a flexible flat plate which has both ends formed of one edge part 6a and the other edge part 6b and can be bent in a nearly semicylindrical shape; and the one edge part 6a and the other edge part 6b of the cover member 6 which is curved in the nearly semicylindrical shape are fitted in a couple of fitting grooves 3c of a frame surface part 2a of the frame 2 respectively. THe one edge part 6a and the other edge part 6b of the cover member 6 which is already in the fitting state are fixed to a fitting part 2b formed continuously to the fitting groove parts 2c by using a fixing tool 8.
