PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereo imaging device in which a reduction in the number of members, cost effectivenes, and prevention of fluctuation of each optical system are achieved. SOLUTION: The stereo imaging device comprises a stereo imaging optical system which includes a single imaging element 4, and bending means 21L, 21R, 22L, and 22R for bending luminous fluxes with a parallax from a subject, and which forms at least two parallax images with a mutual parallax onto the single imaging element 4. The stereo imaging optical system is disposed in front of the single imaging element 4. Disposed in the stereo imaging optical system is at least one optical means 3 on which luminous fluxes forming at least two parallax images are made incident and which has the same optical action or function for both the luminous fluxes.
