PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid connection plate easily manufacturable by different constitutions. SOLUTION: This plate 1 is provided with a main body 2 provided with a mounting hole 3 to mount the plate 1 on a sole, and a first coupling member 10 on a rear side and second coupling member 11 on a front side. The first and second coupling members 10 and 11 have supporting surfaces 12 to 17 suitable for cooperation with each of a turning rear hooking member and a fixing front hooking member provided on a pedal. The supporting surfaces 12 to 15 of at least the first coupling member 10 on the rear side are formed by an additive member 18 having a smaller coefficient of friction than that in the main body 2.
