PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting bait bar which gives fish-gathering effect and fishing effect by irregular light emission of the bait bar without operating a fishing rod when an angler guides the bait bar to a good point in a small area by slightly operating the fishing rod after throwing the bait. SOLUTION: The conventional bait bars can irregularly emit light by tidal wave or operation of a fishing rod by angler and the light is irregularly emitted every time out of the good point of fishing. The bait bar of the invention has an integrated circuit in which an electric battery and a switch are set in irregular timing inside of the bait bar, connected with the light emitting body. Therefore, the fishing effect is enhanced by irregular and fascinating light emission according to the setting of the integrated circuit at the good point without depending on operation of the fishing rod, and capturing target fishes which vividly gather to the bait bar with an illusion of small fishes.
