PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high sealability, reduce resistance at the time of fitting to a mated member, and obtain a click feel at the time of completion of fitting. SOLUTION: A positioning projection 23 fitted with a recessed portion 32 of an outer periphery surface of the mated member 3 is protruded at an inner periphery surface of a grommet 2, and a position of a minimum inner periphery portion of the positioning projection 23 is deviated from an interference of the fastening member after being fitted with the mated member 3. When the positioning projection 23 is formed at a more forward portion than a seal projection row 22, a large-diameter sleeve portion 11 does not exist at an outer periphery, the widening diameter of the grommet 2 at the time of fitting with the mated member 3 is not regulated, the resistance at the time of fitting is reduced, and the positioning projection 23 is engaged with the recessed portion 32 with a large elastic reaction force, thus providing a satisfactory click feel.
