PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening tool for surely avoiding fastening of an angle of skew. SOLUTION: This fastening tool is composed of a first aligning shaft cylinder 3, a second aligning shaft cylinder 6 advancing and retreating in the axial direction by being guided by the first aligning shaft cylinder 3, a driver shaft 2 inserted into the second aligning shaft cylinder 6 and applying torque to a fastening object screw S by joining to a head of the fastening object screw S advancing and retreating by receiving thrust in the axial direction, and a propelling tool 8 for applying the trust in the advancing direction to the second aligning shaft cylinder 6. The second aligning shaft cylinder 6 forms an aligning body 7 joined to a rear end part of the second aligning shaft cylinder 6, and the aligning body 7 forms a tapered surface forming part 23 for forming an wedge effect type tapered surface 25. The first aligning shaft cylinder 3 has a butting point 28 butting against the wedge effect type tapered surface 25, and when the wedge effect type tapered surface 25 receives retreat force by butting against the butting point 28, the butting point 28 bites in the wedge effect type tapered surface 25 by the wedge effect, and surely checks oblique fastening.
