PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispensing system capable of extremely easily controlling the number of dispensing game media without newly replacing or remodeling a CR medium dispenser by transmitting a dispensing request signal (CR communication) of the game media from an existing CR medium dispenser to a medium dispensing control means, and being superior from the viewpoint of the fraud prevention by directly non-connecting the CR medium dispenser to the game machine and preventing a fraud made to the CR medium dispenser from affecting to a game machine. SOLUTION: This game medium dispensing system in a game system having the game machine, the CR medium dispenser and a cash medium dispenser, transmits the medium dispensing request signal from the CR medium dispenser to the medium dispensing control means of the cash medium dispenser, controls the medium dispensing control means based on the transmission result and dispenses the game media from the cash medium dispenser.
