PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively inexpensive junction board, while preventing cracks from being generated easily, and having improved reliability. SOLUTION: The relay board 31 comprise a junction board body 38 made of resin, and a plurality of metal pins 35. The relay board body 38 made of resin comprises a first surface 32 on which a semiconductor element 21 having a surface connector terminal 22 should be mounted, and a second surface 33. The relay board body 38 made of resin has a plurality of through holes 34 for allowing the first surface 32 to communicate with the second surface 33. The plurality of metal pins 35 are made of a soft conductive metal, such as copper. The end of the plurality of metal pins 35 is a part that should be electrically connected to the surface connection terminal 22, and is arranged in the plurality of through holes 34 while projecting from the second surface 33.
