PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a structure such as an inexpensive vehicle. SOLUTION: A curved surface part of a leading car of vehicles is manufactured by joining a plurality of blocks 50 having ribs 55 inside. The blocks 50, 50 are welded and integrated with each other from a vehicular interior side and a vehicular exterior side at the ribs of end portions. A plate is pressed to be a curved surface plate, and next, one side of the curved surface plate is cut to be a curved surface. Then the curved surface plate is reversed and cut from the other side to form the rib, thereby making the precise block. In the blocks 50, 50, a plate is pressed by a pair of heated molds, and the pressed plate is annealed and cut while being sandwiched by the molds, thereby providing the rib.
