PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation device capable of improving traveling time prediction accuracy by assigning weights to a plurality of traveling times of the past in relation to conditions such as a current date and time when running. SOLUTION: A driver inputs a departure place and destination with operation keys and the device confirms whether the same route was traveled or not (steps S1 and S2). Then, the device checks if data on the same time, date, and weather exists, and if so, the data is sent to a CPU (steps S4 to S9).
