PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of enhancing the convenience of data (source data). SOLUTION: A header / footer extract section 61 extracts header metadata from a header of a video file. A UUID extract section 62 extracts a prescribed UUID in the header metadata. A time information revision section 63 increments a value of time information included in the UUID by 1. A UUID latch section 64 latches the UUID at once. When acquiring the UUID, an addition processing section 71 adds a count of a counter 72 to a random number of the UUID and gives the result to a data composite section to allow the counter 72 to carry out one count. The addition processing section 71 repeats the processing as above and gives 26 sets of instance UID to the data composite section, wherein they are inserted to a header of a file read from an optical disk.
